GoPlay11 Fantasy Cricket: From the Match List to a Contest
Short answer: fantasy cricket on GoPlay11 lives under the Fantasy tab. You pick a real match, select players from both squads, mark one as captain and another as vice-captain, and get your entry into a contest ahead of the first ball. What those players do in the real game is turned into points. The scoring table sits behind the login, which is why no points are quoted on this page.
From the match list to a contest
- Open the Fantasy tab in the lobby. Cricket and football are both there.
- Choose a match from the list.
- Pick eleven players across both squads. The team screen shows the limits you must stay within.
- Choose your captain, then your vice-captain. Both have their points multiplied.
- Pick a contest and confirm the entry before the match begins.
- Follow the score under My Matches.
Finding your way around
These labels appeared in the fantasy section when it was checked on 13 October 2026. The names come from the platform. The notes are this guide’s reading of them.
| Label | What it is | When it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Recommended | A filter on the match list | A starting point when you have no match in mind |
| Starting Soon | A filter on the match list | Finding matches that are close to their deadline |
| Popular | A filter on the match list | Seeing which matches draw the most interest |
| Mega Contest | A contest name | By its name, the big contest for a match. Its size and prize are on the contest card |
| My Matches | Your own area | The teams you have entered and their points |
What to read before you enter
- The Points System page. It sits inside the fantasy section and opens only after login, so it was not read for this guide. Expect it to give the points for each action on the field and the captain and vice-captain multipliers.
- The contest card. The entry, the number of teams and the places that are paid.
- The deadline. A contest locks when the match starts. Final team news arrives at the toss, shortly before.
Building a team without overthinking it
Players come in four roles: wicketkeeper, batter, all-rounder and bowler. The team screen sets how many of each you may take. Three plain principles carry a beginner a long way.
- Choose players who will be on the field. Someone left out of the eleven scores nothing.
- Prefer players with more than one way to score, such as an all-rounder or a keeper who bats early.
- Do not fill the side from the team you support.
Contest size changes the game
In a small contest you are up against a handful of teams, and a sound, ordinary side is often enough. In a large one, thousands of entrants pick the same famous names, so a place near the top goes to sides that dared to be different. Neither kind is better. Small contests are steadier. Large ones pay more to very few.
Costs and limits
Every contest has an entry, and only the places listed on the contest card are paid. Fantasy rewards knowledge of the game, and it is still gaming with money: for adults only, on a budget fixed in advance. The responsible gaming page sets out how.
Fantasy cricket at Drem
The fantasy section at Drem is built the same way, with cricket and football contests and the same captain and vice-captain format. Both platforms include one ₹48 Fantasy Voucher in every level of the welcome bonus. Drem’s VIP Club adds cashback on fantasy of 0.5% to 1.7%, depending on level. On either platform you need an account first, and the GoPlay11 login guide covers that part.
Section labels were seen on the two platforms’ fantasy pages on 13 October 2026. Scoring rules sit behind the login and were not read for this guide.
